Our Chef-Patron Andy McLeish will demonstrate how to butcher a whole roe deer carcass, as well as talking about the different cuts of meat and their uses, and showing you how to create a fabulous Venison Wellington.
You'll then have a chance to enjoy this delectable dish as the centrepiece of a superb three-course venison-inspired dinner, paired with wine by our General Manager, Philip Urasala.
