GOOD FRIDAY TASTING MENU
We're kicking off the Easter celebrations with a fish-themed feast for foodies. Irresistible temptations include a wonderfully piquant bouillabaisse, sublime treacle-cured salmon, divine deep-fried herring melt with risotto and delicious line-caught wild sea bass. Six courses plus coffee and petits fours for just £55 pp (available for dinner only). You can also add a glass of perfectly matched wine with each course for just £20 per person.
LAMB - AN EASTER CLASSIC
Our Easter Weekend special features a great British favourite roast saddle of lamb. We've partnered it with another seasonal delicacy, flavoursome English asparagus, not to mention some exquisite morel mushrooms to add to the attraction. Bring the family for a superb lunch or dinner experience and enjoy this seasonal dish.

Try one of our Easter Berry cocktails, bursting with the distilled essence of succulent soft fruit. A delightful combination of organic blueberry juice, and wild blueberry and wild strawberry liqueur, topped up with sparkling wine, it's a glass of effervescent freshness and fragrance just perfect for spring.
