2016 Masterclasses We have a new diary of Cookery Master-classes for 2016. Chef Patron, Andy McLeish has put together a series of events, adding some new courses to the list which includes the art of creating the perfect Traditional Raised Game Pie and a class dedicated to Perfecting Knife Skills in the kitchen.

The next class is on the 15th March; Sustainable Fish and Preparation, which includes a talk by Keith Chapman, a renowned local fishmonger, basic knife filleting skills and how to prepare the starter and main course of the evening. The evening includes a three course meal and wines to match and costs £100 per person. Learn the tricks-of-the-trade with a master.
