Chef Patron, Andrew McLeish and his team created some wonderful dishes at this years Taste of London in Regents Park, London. Chapter One was present on June 17th, serving some of their signature dishes to the thousands of customers visiting for the day. Chef also took to the main stage and demonstrated how to cook and butcher a Roe Deer haunch, making sure you get to use every cut of this wonderful animal. The experience was hailed as a great success and we hope to have the opportunity to return next year.
