Exciting Cookery MasterclassesThis year Chapter One's chef patron Andy McLeish will hold a variety of exciting masterclasses in the private dining room. Classes are informal yet informative where you will learn essential cooking skills and tips, as well as how to cook a number of delicious recipes. Each class is followed by a three-course meal paired with wine. Set in a relaxed atmosphere every masterclass is interactive to ensure you get the most out of your experience.
