Masterclasses at Chapter One

Masterclasses This year Chapter Oneís Chef Patron Andy McLeish will hold a number of exciting masterclasses in the restaurantís function room. Classes are informal yet informative where you will learn essential cooking skills and tips, as well as learning to cook a number of delicious recipes. Each class is followed by a three course meal paired with wine. Set in a relaxed atmosphere classes are interactive to ensure you get the most out of your course.
