The course will includeA pie you have made to take home.
During the course we will make hot water paste prepare our meat/game and make the filling for the pie.
We will then decorate the pie and bake in the oven so they are ready for you to take home.

Hand Raised Pork Pie, Pistachio & Spiced Apple Chutney
Fillet of Beef Wellington, Wild Mushrooms, Potato Puree, Ragout of Pancetta, Tenderstem Broccoli & Bordelaise sauce
Baked Apple, Cinnamon Ice Cream, Milk Foam, Tonka Beans & Toffee Raisin Sauce
