Tuesday 18th July - Traditional Raised Pork Pie

July Course

The course will include

A pie you have made to take home.
During the course we will make hot water paste prepare our meat/game and make the filling for the pie.
We will then decorate the pie and bake in the oven so they are ready for you to take home.

During the class attendees will learn

How to make hot water pastry
How to bone out seasonal game
Make a meat farce for the filling
How to line a pie mould
