Sample Brasserie Menu

Our exciting Brasserie dining experience means there's now even more choice at Chapter One. It's a chance to enjoy our award-winning cuisine for lunch in a more relaxed, informal setting. Later on the day the Brasserie becomes a comfortable space where you can enjoy a drink before or after dining in the main restaurant.

Our Chef-patron Andrew McLeish has created a great menu for the Brasserie. Irresistible temptations include: salad of Belgium endive with apple, blue cheese and Californian walnuts, Josper-grilled USDA prime Rib Eye with thick cut chips and Béarnaise sauce, lamb tagine with rose petal harrissa and couscous, and glaze vanilla crme brlée.

The excellent food is complemented by elegant decor, with furniture and finishes carefully chosen to reflect and enhance the natural light, creating a feeling of space. Specially commissioned brushed-brass tables and a wall of mirror perfectly offset the rich, dark hues of the steamed-oak floors.

The Brasserie is open daily from Midday until the restaurant closes, with lunch available until 3pm Monday to Saturday.

The Brasserie is closed throughout the month of December and reopens early January
