The Chapter One Brasserie
The Brasserie serves lunch Monday to Saturday from 12pm-3pm and dinner Monday to Friday 6.30pm -10.30pm.
Our exciting Brasserie dining experience means there's now even more choice at Chapter One. It's a chance to enjoy our award-winning cuisine in a more relaxed, informal setting.
Our Chef-patron Andrew McLeish has created a great menu for the Brasserie. Irresistible temptations include: salad of Belgium endive with apple, blue cheese and Californian walnuts, Josper-grilled USDA prime Rib Eye with thick cut chips and Béarnaise sauce, lamb tagine with rose petal harissa and couscous, and glaze vanilla creme brulée.
The excellent food is complemented by elegant decor, with furniture and finishes carefully chosen to reflect and enhance the natural light, creating a feeling of space. Specially commissioned brushed-brass tables and a wall of mirror perfectly offset the rich, dark hues of the steamed-oak floors.
