Sustainable Fish and Preparation Masterclass

A hands on course to learn how to filet fish, make a simple soused herrings or Mackeral escabeche dish (depending on availability) then to bake a large sea bass in a salt crust. Followed by a three course meal with wines £100.00

During the class attendees will learn

Basic knife filleting skills
How to scale and fillet different types of fish
How to prepare the starter for the night
How to prepare and bake sea bass for the main course
